Hi! I'm Valarie Brummert, or just Val for short.

I'm an enthusiastic graphic designer loaded with fresh ideas and creativity that I can bring to a forward-thinking design agency or in-house team. I love being very hands-on with my work so I choose to hand-draw and watercolor illustrations that I use in my designs. I am skilled in many creative areas such as graphic design for promotional pieces, book covers + interior spreads; advertising design; copywriting for advertising; photo-editing, retouching and research; and web coding (HTML, CSS) and design. I also know the Adobe Creative Suite like the back of my hand (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Bridge, Dreamweaver, Flash). I am an excellent communicator and I am ready to work full-time for a fresh and innovative company to enhance my design skills and bring my talents to the team.
